Was broke down on side of the highway and made the call to a couple different tow companies. ATS was understanding, prompt and very courteous. Great service and great people! Thank you.

Don't ever use ATS to tow for you. The driver, Edward Katchmark, was extremely rude. He didn't care about his customers or the vehicles on his truck. He just wanted to drop the customers car wherever it was convenient for him to get on with his next job instead of where it should be dropped. Our repair facility is half a mile down the road. There are many other towing companies in the area that deserve your business.

whoever the driver is, he has  piss poor customer service skills. From the time we talked to him all he could manage to "belch" out was a mumbled "huh?" He seemed put out that he had to work... such a shame. Soooo many towing companies to choose from, make sure this one is NOT on your list. We did not appreciate him cursing around the young kids in the neighborhood either!!!
