1. We booked Chesapeake Charters to transport our guests to and from our wedding reception. They were on time, professional and accommodating. Everything went flawlessly and our guests were happy! We borrowed a bus from another church to take our Winter relief guest back and forth to Annapolis. The bus broke down one evening, so we called Chesapeake to see if they could help us out. The very next day they had someone out there to fix it for us. Thanks again.

I'm shocked AACPS continues to contract with this company. Chesapeake Charter has no regard for student safety. Because of too few drivers, the routes have been doubled and sometimes tripled causing students to stand or sit on the floor. Sometimes the buses do not show up causing several students to miss taking the PSAT's in high school. Overcrowding, tripling of routes, different buses picking up children (some from a different school) and the lack of concern to adequately address the problem expressed by parents causes me to give this company a failing grade. Especially considering our children's safety is on the line.

I can't speak highly enough about the customer service that I received from Chesapeake Charter. While taking a Chesapeake Charter bus from a friend's wedding on a Saturday night back to our hotel, I accidentally left my phone on the bus. On Monday morning I called and spoke with Jake. Jake was very friendly and professional. He found my phone on the bus and without hesitation shipped it back to me.
