Our Ride was perfect!! Absolutely no complaints. Our Driver, Percy, picked us up at the Annapolis Loews Hotel and took us to Baltimore Airport. He was on time, actually a few minutes early. We were kept notified the whole afternoon on where his location was and time of arrival. As far as I'm concerned that was the best shuttle service I have ever used. I travel quite often and I will be using them again. There were 6 of us in the shuttle and we all commented on how great the service was. Percy was a very good driver and personable. Thanks.

We went 24 miles out of the way to drop off a last minute passenger. The stops were not geographically close as their website states. Not any less expensive than Uber, so it’s not worth the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get home. Also the seats are extremely uncomfortable. Not a good experience.
UPDATE: Don't be fooled by the company responding to every review from their "social media" team. I sent an email as they requested and a week later still haven't received a response.

DO NOT USE NEAR BWI. Never showed up for transportation to the airport. WE HAD A RESERVATION!! We called and they did not have a driver—we were never notified. They cancelled us and never told us!!! Thank God the flight was delayed otherwise it WE WOULD HAVE MISSED OUR FLIGHT BECAUSE OF THESE IDIOTS. Got a family member to take us and now fighting for a refund. DO NOT USE THEM. They do not deserve one star. Oh...on the way to the airport we called for a refund. WE FOUND OUT THAT THEY JUST CANCELLED US BECAUSE OF NO DRIVER AND NEVER TOLD US. OUTRAGEOUS!!

Really disappointed by the customer service of corporate SuperShuttle. The driver on the way out was very friendly, was early, and was able to get me to the airport. The issue I had was a technology issue related to the website which got my return date incorrect. I specifically recall entering the 26 May 2018 and a 4:00pm pick up time from IAD. However, the system indicated that I wanted to be dropped off at IAD on the 18th of May at 06:00am, and picked up at 4:00pm on the 18th of May 2018, for a international flight to Singapore. I hadn't even landed in Tokyo at this point. When I returned to IAD, all of the customer service reps could say is that the couldnt find my reservation. I contacted the customer service agent via the hotline in my receipt, and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Had to take a lyft home, and now trying to work with Supershuttle to get a refund. What a hassle!

Last week a super shuttle was set to pick me up from my home to bring me to the airport for my international flight. The pick up time was between 5:55am and 6:10am. I was called at 6:05am and told my trip was being cancelled. She even said “good luck getting to the airport”. Called for an Uber and she was at my house in 5 min, didn’t have to make any stops and it only cost about $5 more than the shuttle did. Was told my charge from super shuttle would be refunded, but currently in the process of trying to find out where my money is. Do not recommend.
