This company is TRASH their prices change everyday and their dispatch people are rude they NEVER show up on time and when you call to check the status they get rude and cancel your ride.I will not recommended calling them and they over charged my card more than once it’s up to you if you want to be taken advantage of just letting you know. one more thing their drivers hygiene is really bad I mean they stink Bad and they talk to themselves real weirdos smh they do no back ground checks this company is TRASH TRASH TRASH

On Friday mar31, 2017 I was picked up from work by this vendor. She had an additional fare, but no problem. This fare had to travel to her kids school and wait for the bus to drop her kids off then be taken home, which I was understanding of cause she was in need of a ride just like myself. However, the taxi driver decided to give her a free fare because she was late picking her up and getting her home in time to catch her kids off the bus. Not my business. But what is my business is not only did I have to wait at the school but she was also late picking me up. Then she tried to charge me 15 for a ride that only cost 12. Fare beware! Is all I'm saying. Didn't need a free ride, but how u gonna up charge me cowgirl.😕😟and inconvenience me at the same time

Absolutely horrible service. Waited for almost 2 hours, after being told 45 minutes in that a cab was on the way. And then was hung up on by a rep when I called to follow up on how much longer my wait would be.

Quoted $13 Actual Truth $17 I have no good for a company who doesn't honor quotes. In today's world with GPS there is no excuse for inaccurate quotes.They charged $10 from their office to me and then $7 to where I was going. Apparently they quote what they think they have to quote to get the business with no consideration of integrity or honesty. Will not use them again.Hagerstown cab service is generally very poor. City Hall needs to get involved setting some standards.
