Bayou Walk shopping center

I go here mostly for Kroger's and Barnes & Noble but there are several excellent shops including one that exchanges dvd's and video games. Also there's a copy shop, a subway, and tutor services kinda hidden around back. There used to be a Southern Maid donuts but it had to move because of some structural issues. That's why I couldn't give them five stars.

I come here for Krogers market and their pharmacy. I must be blessed because I have never had a problem here. I have always found what I looked for. Their staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Facilities for this exterior mall, are getting old and multiple spots are abandoned and unpleasant. Shopping is not great, but there are surrounding strip malls making this a large expanse of commerce. Traffic in-out, and around is hectic . Not an area to leisurely stroll around enjoying the layout, and public amenities. Some move right next to you, and seem to want to distract ones attention.

Kroger, Barnes and noble, and old navy are all great stores. Good to have them located together.

Not handicap friendly at this time, a nightmare for anyone on crutches due to lack of attempt to keep water from being trekked everywhere. Only one working chair basket which was left in the rain for over an hour instead of being brought in and plugged up, when it was finally brought in it still failed to be plugged in. I have fallen twice this week at this Kroger due to wet floors and no handicap carts. Otherwise the store is fine, but I will not be returning again for at least another 6 weeks, I will go somewhere more accommodating and safe.
