Bayrunner Shuttle

Good driver, clean van, very poor planning. I took a shuttle from ocean city to BWI airport. It was memorial day so obviously the traffic is always terrible. I got to the shuttle at 10am to make a 4pm flight. Plenty of time right?! Nope. We had 4 stops along the way! This company did not plan accordingly! Many people on the shuttle missed their flights. If your business is driving people you should know traffic patterns and plan accordingly. Dont bother using this service on holidays you will be disappointed.

Plane was delayed, no additional runs scheduled, would not return my money. Would never use these guys ever again....rip off.

I recently used BayRunner East for round trip service from BWI Airport to Cambridge, MD. EXCELLENT service. On time, clean, nice van, friendly & competent drivers. I will definitely use them anytime I'm traveling to that area.

Always professional and on time. Have ridden BayRunner over a dozen times and the experience has never been anything short of amazing!

Overbooked a six-seat shuttle by a full extra six people, (who had already paid) offering in consolation only a chance at the next shuttle SEVEN HOURS later. Also arrived a half an hour late. Refused to refund. Extremely unprofessional the whole while.
