NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. Every single experience/interaction with BBVA has been frustrating. This bank is faceless and useless. Usually the agents try to help, but they have zero authority to fix customer service issues. DO NOT BANK AT BBVA
They are offering you a 0% APR for a period for their credit card, but when you try to use that they demand to send you a code on your smart phone. Very fishy. I have rejected their offer.
This bank is sending pre-qualification letter and if you apply they open credit line and the next day they close, sending information to TransUnion without informing you.
trying to scam you, avoid this place.
