Always there when I need them!
Not only was I dissapointed with the unprofessional behavior of our mortgage banker, but then we had terrible customer service from the branch in Union when we closed. Customer service over the phone is a joke. We will be refinancing next time elsewhere.
Always fast and friendly service.
