Firstbank

I hate this branch. The tellers are completely not consistent in how they deal with customers. One day they are saying it's one way to complete a transaction the next day it's a different process.

I had a feature activated so if anything would overdraft my account it would be denied instead and I wouldn't have to pay an overdraft fee 34 dollars. So they just charge me a return fee for 34 dollars instead. They refused to return my money so I closed my account. Completely unfair business practices. Seriously go anywhere else.

1st bank has very good customer service, free checking, convenient locations, and sincere small business/community support.

Worst staff!! I was waiting for 20 min for a banker even though she was not doing anything and once another customer walked in, she started working on his stuff. They were so disrespectful.

Got lied too by a teller telling me I could cash $1,000 of my savings bonds since my acct new? Went to another branch the next day and they completed my entire transaction perfectly fine. If they didn't want to do the entire transaction in one day they could've just asked and I would have no problem coming in the next day.

I would give 0 stars because they are very rude they are not for their customer will be finding a new bank.

Small parking lot, no drive up ATM. But, GREAT customer service!
