I am a Chase customer, but will be leaving this bank because they are the largest private bank contributor to climate change. JP Morgan Chase is the biggest global funder of the fossil fuel industry, responsible for climate and community destruction.

Manager and employees and bankers always treat me like family appreciate your work and your caring manners!

I love this place all the staff has always been very friendly great Bank and great location and as for wait I really never seen to have to wait to cash my checks 5 mins 10 tops was my longest wait. Thank you everyone at Chase for being so great.

I was a grace- over from bank that merged with Chase about 12 years ago. I'm happy that this brought more benefits to the customer. Chase Bank enjoys interacting with their customers and will do whatever it takes to satisfy your needs. I like that. Thank you Chase Bank.

Tam has been my banker for years. I have followed him from different branches. He has always gone above and beyond to help me with my business and personal accounts. I cannot thank him enough. Top notch customer service!!

Horrible customer service and lazy employee unwilling to help because they close in 35 minutes. Said it takes an hour to open an account for my son. Only took about 15 minutes when I opened my own account. No one else was in the lobby and she was standing around just chatting. Very annoyed with the lack of service.
