Bed Bath & Beyond

Great customer service. I ordered a Keurig online and selected same day delivery for $4.99. I left work before my delivery was made. When I arrived the next day, the wrong items had been delivered. I called as soon as they opened and spoke with Yolanda. She was very apologetic, took down my information and said she would call me once it was figured out. I was honestly not expecting a call back.. She called me back in less than an hour and told me that she would personally be coming to deliver the correct item. She got here quickly (in about an hour) and had my Keurig. She even threw in a large box of K-Cups! Please give Yolanda my thanks!

Love bed bath and beyond and love this location. Has a mini world market in it and many wonderful products with good prices.. only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is because it could be cleaner.

Lovely store with plenty in stock. Just don't ask anyone for assistance. Came in last week to buy sheets, asked for help finding what was on one of their display beds. Gaynell acted like I was ridiculous for daring to ask her for assistance and treated us with so much attitude. Kept making snide comments while she tried (and failed) to figure out what was on display before I just told her not to bother. Lady, if you hate helping people so much, don't work in customer service. Also, when having something on display, you really should at least mark them so people could buy them. Then I wouldn't have even needed to bother your obviously too busy sales associates.

This store employees are racist. Simple. I went in the evening of 11/21/17 I was watched by a young african american women and being a black american it wasnt my first assumption. She did not offer help she watched and FOLLOWED me along with another employee. Maybe you need to have a meeting with your staff about customer service, and help them understand loss prevention not customer prevention. So you don't loose loyal customers like you did last night. The cashier didnt even remove the censor off my product. Which of coarse validated however your staff was already feeling about me upon leaving the store. Terribly dissapointed.

One gentlemen who works there went above and beyond to find an item I wanted. I am sick, so people with a nice attitude mean a lot to me.
