Macy's

I have been at the store several times. But today I met an extremely rude sales lady at the shoe desk. I went in and she started arguing with me on what shoe size I wear. You cannot argue with someone on their shoe size! Her attitude sucked. I didn't get my size so I left.

Maybe it isn’t the nicest Macy’s in the world, but for a city department store, I doubt it could be operated and run any better. And it’s always super clean. Very grateful DC has a Macy’s inside the city limits. I love buying stuff on the Macy’s site and picking it up on the lower level of this store right at the entrance to Metro Center. So convenient.

Department store as you know it. Not the biggest I've seen. If you're lucky, you'll hit good sales. Polite and helpful stuff.

Narrow doorways & elevator if you are using a wheelchair. Individual floor layout was easily accessible but bathroom on the 4thfloor was terribly cramped trying to access the lower level one however is nice & wide. Good layout of the floors on each level in my shopping experience.

This Macy's is very limited on everyday wear. The majority of what was in the store was their top end offerings. Other Macy's I have been to in the last few days have had GREAT sales. There was almost nothing on sale at this location. The sales women were uppity and seemed bothered by questions. The door man and the man at the jewelry counter were very friendly.
