Treasure Trove Jewelers

I had an excellent experience at Treasure Trove. I got my wife's engagement and wedding ring here with a lot of help from David. He was not pushy and did not try to up sell me, just patiently educated me and answered my questions. He worked hard to find a diamond in my price range and get it to me on time. The whole experience was very easy, especially knowing nothing about diamonds or rings going in. Working with a local professional was so much easier than the other jewelry stores we looked at. Highly recommend.

I just called because I found them on the Internet. I waited as the lady yelled in my ear hold please and then returned to the phone. When I asked my question because of its rarity in request but not uncommon, she blew me off and said you can’t do that! I replied yes you can.. just say you can’t do it. She was rude, rude, rude!! Even if they could’ve done it she lost business by the way she answered the phone. Customer Service is everything!! Learn how to speak to people even when inquiries are the nature of the call!

My experience with Treasure Trove couldn't have been better, they were absolutely amazing in every way. I came in with an extremely short and strict ideal timeline for my ring to be created, and they were able to deliver! They took a loose stone, family heirloom, and matched it with the absolute perfect setting. Lines of communication were open the entire time, proactively reached out to me throughout. The cost was also extremely fair, beating all local competition. I mainly worked with David and Mark and couldn't be happier with my experience. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a jeweler in the DC area to work with the Broder Family and Treasure Trove Jewelers!
