This was fast, excellent, and completely reasonable service. My bracelet broke, and the owner/Jeweler did the repair himself. It was done next day, and I couldn't tell where the break had been! He uses new technology to do his repairs, really cool! So glad I found this place! Definitely coming back.

Such an amazing experience! My engagement ring was bent and I was very upset. I took it to Ideal Cut and he fixed it for me in less than an hour and for a very reasonable price! He even cleaned my jewels so it was sparkling and like-new! Will 100% be coming back for all my future needs!

I can't stop raving about the amazing work the owner does here! I took the most precious and priceless ring I own here to have missing stone replaced. After other jewelers down the street had told me it was not possible I took it here and was able to have it replaced for only $15! I can’t tell the difference between which is the missing stone and which ones are original. I will never go to another jewelry store. The quality, price, and ease of doing business here have made me a customer for life. I complete trust them.

This place, and the owner Tan, are wonderful. My fiance and I wet to Ideal Cut to get my mother's engagement ring fixed up for me to wear. Tan was very approachable and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. We decided to get the ring re-faceted and resized. He gave us a good deal on it, and the ring was ready very quickly. When we first brought it in, the ring had looked dull and beat up, but it came back looking brand new! A day after I got it back, I realized it was still a little to big. I went in and Tan resized it again on the spot. If you want excellent work done on your jewelry at an affordable, fast, friendly, knowledgeable place, you should go to Ideal Cut.

Ideal Cut is an awesome jeweler in DuPont. The owner is kind and it's clear he cares deeply about his craft and customer satisfaction. I had my engagement ring resized there at a reasonable price and my fiancée couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this shop for resizing jobs, as well as for custom cuts. He seems to have a grasp on the recent technological advances and uses them to create stunningly beautiful rings.
