I need to give customer service 0: I was trying to purchase a Casey small bag - vanilla on 11.28 with $125 off 626 which is $500 and it's really a good deal. But there was a technical issue on the website which resulted in authorization failure- I tried 4 valid credit cards, none worked, they all worked fine on other websites. Later when I check my bills, I noticed 8 $1 transaction requested by MK. I had to call customer service to help address this. I spoke with 2 different representatives, one is called Robert Cruise. They both weren't able to place the order. Robert said he would look into that. So I waited, but this time it still didn't work. He asked me to try the next day at night. I was wondering if the bag would be sold out, or the code expiring. He promised me that I could still use the code as long as the bag is in stock. So I tried the next day, still didn't work - very disappointed. Then the bag was out of stock. So this evening, I checked back on the website and saw the bag was back!!! But I wasn't able to use the coupon code "glam" anymore. So I called CS again, speaking with a woman called Alyssa. She insisted that the code shouldn't be working on the 28th and used a very rude and unprofessional tongue. She said it was my mistake, that I shouldn't have assumed that the code should work. She said that "you're welcome to use the code, but not on this item", and that "you voice is very loud" plus "you are yelling at me I feel insulted" and "I have addressed your problem, you are not listening to me" and "I have the rights to finish up my speech". I was waiting on the line to speak with her for 20+ mins, so I went ahead started cleaning my face- you know you can not pick your phone with your hands fully occupied and you have face washer on your face. I tried to lower my voice but then she said she couldn't hear me. I guess she was having a bad day. Anyway, I'm very disappointed about my shopping experience. I really get frustrated when I hear "I'm sorry but there is nothing I can do". Hope I can get the bag for my mom - she loves it. I know MK is great, but the customer representatives are discounting your reputation.
