Great Company. This store has a limited amount of the line. The website has better options.

I've been to this location a couple of times now and each time the customer service has been non-existent. While it's nice to not be approached a bunch of times while shopping, the employees here don't acknowledge customers at all and seem extremely bothered to do simple things like opening a fitting room.

Don't shop here if you expect customer service when something is wrong. Also just back from London and thought I'd give this shop a try here in US. Purchased an expensive jacket, got it home and out of the bag it was a wrinkled mess and the zipper caught before it finally took. Went back to the store in less than 12 hours and was told they have a NO RETURN POLICY and as their customer service rep on the phone told me they are not "obliged" to tell you that. I was rushing when making my purchase, and the sign telling me about that policy was located two registers away in very small print. So even though the product is subpar for the price, I am stuck with it. And they claim to be a Global Company! Perhaps try acting like one if your product is good, a few returns shouldn't hurt. Overpriced store and plenty of better options in Georgetown.
