T-Mobile

I am not a T-Mobile customer however I randomly walked in looking to see if they sold the connector piece which allows you to plug in your ear phones into the I-Phone 7. They did not sell it but one of the employees went to the back of the store and located what I need. It was an extra they had lying around that at one time belonged to someone else. Whether it was an employee or customer is besides the point. They went out of the way to assist a random walk in who has service through Verizon AND did not charge me for it. I don't normally write reviews but this was well worth the write up. I am still a Verizon customer but I would absolutely consider switching over after this positive experience.

Great service by both sales people. Daisy patiently and cheerfully upgraded my wife's phone. I've never been disappointed at this location. This store serves mostly Spanish-speaking clients, the English spoken is perfect.

These guys are awesome. We signed up for two lines and they were so helpful and informative at every step of the way. I haven’t looked at cell phone service since before leasing phones and all this stuff became the norm, so I had LOTS of questions. Thanks all!

Great help tonight. Firaol unlocked many mysteries plaguing my phone. My phone now is Fantastic, He was funny and worked really quick. And I'm back on line since he fixed everything.I recommend him highly

Extremely helpful and friendly location, ESPECIALLY Shannon! She went above and beyond to make sure I was helped and got the best deal. She answered all my random questions and if she didn't know the answer she told me where to find it. Will absolutely be back to see her if I need further services from T-Mobile
