Such a wonderfully curated collection of goods. And so well designed. It's just such a pretty store. I found some building blocks for my godson that had the elements of the periodic table in them, instead of simply the alphabet. He loved them

Salt & Sundry is a great shopping stop along 14th Street. The shop strikes the right balance of whimsical and functional with its offerings -- mostly home goods. Lots of good gift options, and staff are friendly and helpful. Worth a visit if you're walking by!

Little pretentious and pricey. Staff slightly aloof but seemed inexperienced in retail so might have been the day. Bought some nice home good here but could find similar products elsewhere for less. Tried purchasing hand towels for $40/2 towels only to find out one was stained. Girl at register try to use a shout wipe on it (?) and was gone for over 10 mins in the back trying to do so - so we walked out.

This place is great! The key with this store is to take your time and browse each item, make several laps. Its the unique quality of each item!

The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The store has really cute home goods (barware, decorative kitchen supplies, cookbooks, candles). It's great for gifting. I also love that they carry some local DC goods. A little pricey but not crazy for the quality.
