Nordstrom Rack Downtown DC

This store is in a "GREAT" area! Its dare I say it...in the heart of DC. I had to return something so I had to wait (not long) at the main customer service / return line. I say that because the "Rack" has express check-out stations scattered through the store. Which is a great idea. Back to the return process. My sales associate was Octavius P. He was welcoming and made that connection everyone in customer service needs to make but keep the line moving. It was a smooth return and I was on my way to enjoy the last few hours of day light. Great store, great associates, and great products!

I liked their prices. The staff was not very helpful. It was my first time here. I asked for help several times and they would just point to a direction to go and find it there instead of helping me. The sakes folks were standing in group and chatting.

Great store for designer shoes, handbags and accessories. Not crazy about the clothes which seem cheaply made and substandard. Great customer service and getting in and out is quick.

Nordstrom Rack is alright. Nordstrom is a good store. The rack serves it's purpose by offering good discounted merchandise. Sort of a win win.

Nice warehouse of clothes,you really have to look around for good deals nice designer pocketbooks especially if you want quality nice design water,coffee bottles.shoes,dresses,blouses you have to really look because I was just there yesterday as.I was looking around for a small size dress,slacks.
