Hugo boss at city center needs to replace the manager asap lost my business becouse of her
I wasn’t treated fairly becouse of my hispanic accent .
Needless to say she is a racist !

It seems like the people who work at this location do not care about their sales or the customers in general.
I needed to return a pair of shoes that I purchased online from Hugo Boss official website, and I wanted a different pair of shoes instead. For some reason, this store couldn't apply the credit for the returned shoes towards the new purchase. Instead, I had to buy a new pair by paying the full price, and the online store had to refund me for the old pair. It seemed strange to me that this store pretty much had nothing to do with the official online #HugoBoss store. For example, when I switched an item in Boston (Copley Place), I just paid the price difference.
So, I picked a new pair of shoes, the problem is that this store did not have the right size, so an associate placed an order for me to be delivered to the store. He promised the shoes in the right size will be delivered to the store in 3 days max. I called in 3 days, no shoes. The person who picked up the phone asked who placed the in-store order for me, and since I did not remember the name of the associate, I had to describe his physical features. There's no sales associate's name on their receipt. Apparently that very associate was not in store that time, and so the person on the phone promised they would call me back.
10 days later, I call them again. The same thing repeats: questions what the associate who placed the order looked like, etc. I asked if they could look up the status of this order by the order or transaction number, but the answer was No, - this store's system doesn't allow them to do that. The person on the phone took my contacts (AGAIN) and promised that somebody would be in touch with me asap. 3 days later - Call them again, and again after being put on hod a couple of times - no traces of shoes! Though this time I was promised that this would go to the manager, who would contact me.
After waiting for 16 days, I just wanted my refund. Now I need to go back to the store with my credit card and process the refund in the store. Waste of time and expectations of such high brand as Hugo Boss!
Not only the store system is very inefficient to make normal purchase translation, but also the lack of service (or I should probably say indifferent attitude) are the components of very unfortunate experience!
I would not recommend shopping from this store, and the management should pay closer attention to the operations!

My wife and I visited this store and both of us had a great experience. Here's a Big Thank You to Antoine who helped us! He was incredibly courteous, very knowledgeable about both store selection and style, and was able to make our experience very pleasant. We needed some tailoring done and Antoine and his manager took care of everything and as promised Antoine was able to get us the suit incredibly quickly. Antoine also pleasantly surprised me by adding a bottle of nice cologne to my bag as we were checking out - he totally guessed the scent preferences too as I ended up wearing this cologne daily.
Store itself is new, very clean and is located in a very nice area. I definitely recommend checking it out.
