I would not even give them the one star if I could. I left my wallet with them to be sent out for some re-stiching. That was almost 3 months ago.! I called a couple of days ago and spoke to Merlin, who could not find anything about my wallet. She told me that the manager will call me the next day. It’s been 3 days and no call. I spoke to their client services, at HQ, who were just as unhelpful. They could not locate my wallet and said the manager is the ONLY one who can address this issue. No calls from the manager. Pretty sure they lost the wallet, but what is most annoying, is the fact that they lie and do not follow up.
Once I get my wallet back, I will never do any business with them.
UPDATE: Got in touch with the manager, Alan, finally. ( because I kept calling back)! He was polite and understanding, but still unable to find my wallet. The wallet was lost in shipping, according to him. However, he did offer me the new version of my wallet. I accepted his offer and I received the new wallet, and a gift that he included a couple of days ago! My attachment to the old wallet was sentimental because it was a gift from my late mother and would have still preferred getting it back. I am upgrading them to 2 stars.

I visited this store today to make a purchase. It wasn't very busy and we were not acknowledged when we walked into the store. I had to approach the salesperson when she was done with a customer to ask for assistance. She helped me with the purchase that I wanted to make and explained the different features of the bag, but she never introduced herself and wasnt very friendly. Quite a difference from the stellar customer service I received at the Gucci store down the street.

Although it wasn’t very busy, unlike other reviews I had a wonderful experience at LV in CityCenter. I needed to exchange a gift from my boyfriend and literally brought it in the gift bag (think obnoxious balloon print plus box). I was helped right away and even grabbed the SA’s card for the future.

My husband and I walked into this store today. Just as someone else stated, no one acknowledged us either. There were two females sitting behind the counter as soon as we walked in. Neither one of them acknowledged us. We were the only ones in the store. When we walked past the counter Allen H. gave us a warm greeting and asked how he could help us. He was FANTASTIC!!! He went out of his way to find the bag that I wanted and also showed us matching accessories. They didn't have the bag that I wanted in stock so he offered to order it and have it sent to our home. Eventually, one of the ladies who didn't acknowledge us came over and started having a conversation with me about the bag I was considering purchasing. I guess that she realized that we were really going to buy a bag and was trying to save face. I almost told my husband not to buy the bag because of the lack luster customer service but Allen was so accommodating and gracious that I was happy to buy from HIM. Several people came in the store after us and were acknowledged but didn't buy a thing! If you're going to work in a high end store, you should at least acknowledge everyone who comes into the store. You can't judge a book by it's cover. 5 stars for Allen H.!!! 1 star for the rest of the sales associates.

If I could give this store a zero, I would. Sales representatives here are rude. I originally came in to buy a gift for my mom. I wasnt dressed fancy or anything, just a regular short, tshirt and sandals. I overheard two sales associate talking about me and how one should atleast approach me. One of them said "She is not going to buy anything" which made me feel like they were judging me by how I looked. They did not want to approach me because they assumed I will not buy anything. I left the store dissapointed and irritated. The person at the door also did not greet or open the door for me when I came in and went out. He just watched me figure out if the door is either a push or a pull. Im not going back to this store anymore. Terrible service!!
