Casa Furniture - DC

I just tried calling the store on 14th Street to let them know my internet server isn't letting me access the website due to security certificate expired 25 days ago. That makes their website unsafe for personal info like credit card numbers, bank accounts, messages etc. could be hacked from people's devices. The lady whose name is, Clarissa answered the phone, I talked for maybe 20 seconds before she asked me to hold on. She proceeded to take another call. She didn't press mute or actually put me on hold because I could hear her entire conversation. She spoke in Spanish during that call and it was more than the time she even listen to what my concerns were. I hung up because I didn't want to continue to listen to her talk to another caller. Furthermore, I don't understand a lot of Spanish. A professional should have finish helping me or answer the other call and put them on hold and continue helping me. Lost a potential customer🙄

Mala calidad el 20 de julio compre unos muebles se miraban bien pero al pasar unos dias cuando traje visita a mi casa tres de mis amigos se sentaron en en mueble de tres personas y penosamente se rompio unos de los colchones de asiento ,haora trato de contactarme con ellos con fotos de prueba y mi recivo y lo que me ducen es que no se puede aser( exchange ) no recomiendo a nadie hacer compras en este lugar. ( bad place to shopping)

Esto tiene las tres B bueno bonitos y baratos. Este es el mejor lugar para comprar muebles para tu hogar son los mejores en calidad y en precios se los recomiendo de veras se lo recomiendo todos deben venir😃😃😄

Nada de responsables y solo son excusas porque a la fecha no he recibido mi pedido. Ni lo recomiendo ni volvería a ir a comprar a esta tienda .
