DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I have a puppy and I called ahead to see if I could bring him. The employee on the phone confirmed the store was dog friendly and since they are above petcock, that didn't raise any questions in my mind. I was very shocked and embarrassed when the store had a police officer approach me and my dog, and escort us out because it's not dog friendly. (My dog was being very well behaved) No employee mentioned this to me, even though I walked passed a couple as we entered. When I told them I had called ahead and not all employees know about it's actual policy, I was brushed off and they didn't care that an employee was giving false information. It was my first time here. Terrible and embarrassing experience.

I came in to look for what I wanted and I brought it. I had no problems with finding my items and they have a variety of shoes sizes

I have never been disappointed in the customer service and shoe selection at this location. It's rarely busy making the spacious interior even easier to navigate. I mainly purchase shoes and socks here but they sell purses as well.
