Purchased my glasses in January and over four months later still don't have them. Why? First, they said it was delayed 4 weeks by the manufacturer. Then they said there was an error at the place that makes the lenses. They then made me come in for a new eye exam but they never conducted an eye exam they just looked at the glasses while I was there and said that they looked like the wrong Rx so they sent them back. After all this time they are now saying I'm no longer eligible for a refund. Total scam. DO NOT GO HERE.

This people like to still money front people me and my kids we went to do and estimate they ask us for al health insurance cards to see if our insurance will cover it a it was to expensive that we said we are not going to doing here so we left but a couple weeks later our insurance company called us saying that fashion optical used our card and took almost 700 dollars please don’t go to that place and less you want to get ripped off

The manager from Fashion Optics is wonderful, he took care of me by setting up an appointment with my busy schedule and making me feel welcomed. The optometrist was great, didn't take long to decode my eye prescription, received the frames I exactly wanted and bought a few more items on the side. 5 STARS

Eye examination was alright. I thought this was a good deal but wait until you see the prices of the frames and lenses. They are above $200. I still paid ~$300 in the end. Do not be fooled by the 'branded' frames they have. We would not know whether it is original or not either way. The quality of the frame in the display was different from what I get. It's less than 6 months and it was broken. I tried to get a warranty replacement but they do not have any accidental coverage. I mean really, for 'branded' glasses that cost more than $200. I just do not expect any calls from them regarding the warranty. So I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake I did, thinking this is a really good deal!

Waste of time. I bought a Groupon deal for this place, exam + 225$ voucher towards glasses. Well the cheapest glasses they have are 400$, and those are maybe worth 20$. The exam itself is 65$. Really shady business practice.
