I was literally 8 minutes late for my appointment (8 minutes... not 10, not 20, not 30... 8!) and I was told that the doctor had "left for the day." First of all, I have been going to them for the past 3 years, so I am a loyal and valuable customer. Second of all, they have my number and didn't feel the need to call me to tell me my doctor had left and wasn't coming back for my appointment! All the receptionist said was that she was sorry and offered to reschedule my appointment. NO THANK YOU! I will NEVER return to this place, the service I was given was TERRIBLE, even after 3 years of loyalty! If you are a potential customer, you should DEFINITELY avoid this place. If you're a loyal customer, you won't be treated with any form of respect, so my advice is to find a doctor who will actually care enough to stay til the end of the day for your appointment!

I went to Xpectical ( ridiculous name, but ) after "See Eyeware" in Gtown did my exam and when trying to put new lenses in my former frames, they broke…..digruntled, I went to XSpec. I just basically picked a name out of the hat. His office was closer to my house than Gtown. I got a great pair of frames that I liked and it was fine. Gotta say that I often went in for "adjustment" to try to get them comfortable on my ears and temples. The Dr owner "Ken Preston" was often on the ph making a tee time reservation and didn't mind keeping me waiting to do so. Guess it also didn't fit his business model so well - all of the adjustment visits that I made. Pompous, but I've had the frames for 5 yrs now.
I may be going back soon, as Lens Crafters at PCity has limited selection and high pricing.
