Staff was incredibly helpful and they reached out to me to reschedule my appointment for the next day. Everyone was very kind and accommodating, and Dr. Tran was informative, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations on contact lenses. The reviews referencing unhelpful staff are out of date. I highly recommend this location!

Shady practices... They charge your account when they say they won't. Multiple charges for the same amount. Don't trust them with your bank information. Look at the other reviews and see that there's a history here...

The customer service is outstanding, I always feel like I'm a celebrity customer here. Appointments are easy to schedule, readily available, and quick. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to provide thoughtful touches such as free sunglasses and contact lens samples. They work with you to minimize out of pocket expenses and recognize regular customers. I highly recommend!

Poor communication ruined what could have been a good experience. I received three different price quotes for my eye and contacts exams: $194 on the phone before my appointment, $213 at the front desk after I arrived, and $234 after the appointment was finished. There really is no excuse for this. Furthermore, I informed staff each step of the way that the price kept on increasing but nobody seemed to care. Afterward, I had to email twice to even get a response. Following the initial reply, nobody followed up to resolve the issue with mistaken quotes and it has been nearly three weeks. It is a shame, because I found Dr. Tran to be knowledgeable and professional and Ashley (who prepped me for exams) was very nice. I cannot recommend this office and plan to try a new one next time.

Fantastic staff. I interacted with multiple staff members and I was very impressed by how helpful and personable everyone was. Definitely recommend and would go back!
