Great, fast and friendly service. I was seen quickly, the doctor was running a little behind but still made time to discuss my various options and the staff were very helpful understanding the different options I had for my insurance. I will happily continue to be a customer.

This was my favorite eye exam and eye glass purchase experience. The exam was simple, quick, no significant wait time at all. The entire staff was very warm and Eunice was incredibly patient with me while we picked out a bunch of different frame styles. No one tried to up sell me on anything and I had a great time talking to everyone.

I had such an amazing experience here! The staff was so friendly. Dr. Ayalew was so kind and helpful. I was having such horrible eyesight and now I can see so well! She was very empathetic and she treated me more like a person than a patient. For my glasses fitting, they were incredible honest and patient as I fumbled through frames and prices. Drew has such a bubbly personality and helped me find frames that I felt confident and fierce in. Thank you all!!!

Where to begin with the wonderfulness here??? The staff are expert consultants who listen as well as inform. How to choose from a gazillion frame styles, materials, colors? Trustworthy, honest guidance. I could not have made the right choice without these folks. I'd been considering Warby Parker and am so glad that instead I went to Metropolitan Optical: for seasoned professionals and a truly custom pair of specs. A few other things: this is my first pair of glasses ... I didn't realize I needed them and so have not had a chance to sign up for a vision plan at work. Leave it to the M.O. team to review my medical insurance plan and find vision benefits I didn't even know I had. Also ... I left my coat there and they called me and offered to bring it back to my office for me!!!! I have never had a better customer experience ANYWHERE.
