So great! Service was fast and friendly. Dr. Garr explained everything wonderfully. The rest of the staff was great. They walked me through my insurance plan and priced mutiple frames for me. I went on my birthday and they were all so nice, it made my day!

Went in August 2017 for a standard eye test by Dr. Shustock and was told I needed eyeglasses for distance. I used to use eyeglasses but not for the past 5 years, as my vision improved. I was ushered into the room where a wide assortment of some 150 glasses were available but I was shocked by the prices. My out-of-pocket would be more than $200 or more. I demurred. A few weeks later I called my vision insurance (Davis Vision) and told them I was disappointed in the cost. It was only then that they informed me that I was supposed to have been told by the optometry staff that I was eligible for a free pair of glasses. I went back and ordered a pair. The selection was limited to just 8 pairs, all very basic and dated, but I figured, what the heck, I'll use them rarely for driving. When I came to pick up the glasses two weeks later, I put them on in the store and realized immediately my vision was burred! I took them off and vision was great. I said I cannot use these glasses, left them there at the store, and the front staff said I should come back at 4 pm that day to speak with Dr. Shustock. I had to leave my job early to be there. I informed front staff I had to catch Metro. I waited for 35 minutes, and other patients went ahead of me. I finally left in frustration and disappointment, having to go to my commuter train. I received a call a day later, requesting I come in that week for another eye test. Finally re-tested, I was astounded at the difference in outcome. My Sphere, Cylinder, and Axis readings were all different, by from .50 to .75. What kind of an antiquated system for testing is this? New glasses arrived a week later, and they finally worked, and I saw a subtle improvement in my distance vision. But the place was not professional and the testing approach was fraught with error.

It was wonder place, the people were so friendly and the doctor was terrific!! I would recommend it to family and friends
