My experiences in dealing with this place have been first rate. Been coming to them consistently for the last 5 years. They always provide speedy service, they're patient with me while I look through their selection of glasses until I find the pair that I really want. They've even hooked me up with prescription shades which was really neat. Have no complaints about them whatsoever and will continue to come back to them. Hope that helps.

Absolutely unhelpful staff with insanely negative attitude. At the time of my visit there was only customer at the store and three African-American women, all of them super unfriendly and unhelpful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There is no sense of professionalism, accountability, or focus on customer service at this location. I went in to get an exam, I was told to change seats literally 4 times by 4 different people just to wait for the exam. After the exam was done, I attempted to order my glasses online. So I called for assistance, and I was told that I could only purchase frames online, which is doesn't make any sense. Why would I be able to upload my prescription if I can't order online? So I called back to get clarification on what my insurance allots for frames, stood on hold for 45 minutes, only to be told, she'd call me back. (she never called back) and I mistakenly did not get her name. So when I called back in of course NO ONE had any recollection to anyone being on the phone for that long that day. So I call the next day, tell them the whole ordeal all over again, and guess what she did? she said she'd take care of it right away, put me on hold, then FOUR DIFFERENT PEOPLE ANSWERED THE HOLD, only to say oh sorry I'm not sure who you're holding for. This place is A JOKE. and I really hope an entire new staff is hired. I've been going to this place for years out of convenience for my work, but I will NEVER step foot in this awful excuse for an eyeglass place. (by the way the actual doctor is extremely professional and very nice)

Dealing with the staff here has been the most frustrating experience ever. I was initially told my glasses would absolutely come in a week, easy, but that they were required to tell customers to expect up to 2 weeks. But, to reiterate, glasses "never took that long." Fine, no problem. I call after 9 days to check the status and someone tells me that they are not in yet, but that they're en route and will be in the store no later than Saturday. Cool! No problem. Kind of irritating to have been mislead but Saturday will be the 2 week mark.
I call Saturday since I haven't heard anything and not only do they not receive shipments on Saturdays but my glasses didn't ship until Friday. So I was lied to. Again. Cool. I was going out of town so I requested an ETA but they couldn't give me one. They told me they would call me back within 2 hours because they had to check to make sure my glasses weren't in the store (yes, even though they told me that they were not. So did they lie to me about them not being there or did they actually not check that they were in...?). Of course no one called me back at all. I call again 4 hours later and ask to speak to the manager and she is very nice and apologetic and says they won't come in before my trip but she'll have my glasses shipped to my house so that when I get home they are there and she'll refund me part of the cost, which was very nice and accommodating of her.
Well guess what. The staff received my glasses, read the note about shipping them to my house, and just chose not to do it. I had to call for a fourth time to find out where they were. So here I am, still no glasses, but at least I've had my point about the employees at this location being completely incapable of communicating truthful and accurate information really solidified. You could not pay me to use this location again.

Love the service and actually the prices is reasonable as well. I been a customer since 2008.
