Dr. Miller is excellent. Very professional shop. Bought both glasses and contacts here.

Average. I went to this location a few months ago to get an updated prescription for my astigmatism. The staff is very friendly, I went on my lunch break (one hour; I had an appointment). The doctor was nice and very efficient. One thing I didn't like is that they didn't really have any promotions so me on a budget left with plastic lenses that I do like for around $20 with my insurance.

Dr Arnie Miller is a contact lens fitting GENIUS . I have difficult eyes to fit - I wear lens that allow me to see both distance and close up ( bi- focal / multi focal).. I needed someone who really ' gets' that. Got his name from another eye professional.. and I was lucky to be given a same day appointment . The team could not have been nicer to me. My vision is critically important to my work, so needed a Optometrist with a super high skill set. Dr. Miller is on his game. This is the guy who teaches other OD's too. He has me wearing 2 different brands of lenses and I can see without squinting .. for the first time in nearly a year! Seriously.. thought I had something really wrong with my vision .. until he told me .. geeze... wrong lens in left eye!! The eye strain headaches stopped, bags under eyes.. gone! I am going to purchase glasses from them , as they have a nice .. while limited' classy selection . Maybe their team does try to sell you their frames.. .. but those Chanel frames do make me look super smart ( andattractive! ) Thanks Dr. Miller and team.. I am putting your name on my ' who to refer' list that I share with my clients.

Monieka is this location's saving grace. The doctor is awfully charming and friendly; however, the same can't be said for most of his staff (especially Angie). I first visited this location to get a routine eye exam, and to also update the prescription for my contacts. At checkout, I was somewhat alarmed by the final costs associated with the exam and the new set of contact lenses the doctor prescribed. I checked out with Angie who was awfully irritated by my lack of understanding. As a paying customer, if I'm unclear about how and where my insurance is being applied, it's common to inquire in order to gain a better understanding. As opposed to being patient with me, Angie became quite irritated and proceeded to raise her voice in frustration. In spite of this lack of customer service, I calmly persisted with my questions. After paying for the services, I contacted my healthcare provider again, and they cleared everything up for me. Even still, this place is wildly overpriced. I've returned to this location maybe twice since then, and I get weird stares--especially from the young associate, Devin. Last I checked, your associate showed her a--, not me. Long of the short, I will certainly take my business elsewhere. I only went to this location to begin with because it's a 30-second walk from my office. Quality beats convenience.

Expect a HARD sell on contacts--increasing the likelihood that you'll come back and spend money in about a year. Don't get me wrong, the year's supply of contacts is a decent deal, but they push it too hard. If you talk about glasses, they sell you on the discount on glasses that you get ONLY if you buy a year of contacts and ONLY within 30 days of buying contacts. Although I liked Dr. Miller, I dropped more than a few hints that contacts just weren't working for me any longer. Especially if I said that my eyes are dry and uncomfortable a lot, even when only wearing them days and only 6 times per week--I feel that any other optometrist would have steered me to glasses, or at least a tapering off. I have my year's supply of contacts but I still need glasses. I don't want to spend another $200-$300 within a month of spending $500, so I'm not going to get the glasses discount, but I might buy frames online and go back to them for the lenses (don't expect to take the prescription with you). Then I likely will find someplace else next year.
