Customer service and overall experience is very important to me and Black White Look and the owner, Jessica, have exceeded my expectations. I recently took in my 8 month old to get her first pair of glasses, which was beyond scary for me since this was all new for me and my baby. The owner, Jessica was very attentive, caring, positive and professional and took the time to explain how glasses will help improve my child's vision over time. My baby was comfortable and responded well to the glasses and they are also stylish, which was a bonus! I'm excited about our journey to healthy eyes! If your child needs glasses or if you have a concern about your child's eyes, please bring them here!!

My experience at Black and White Look Optical was fantastic! The store is very neat and cute and the selection of men's and women's glasses and shades are a hit. Very stylish frames! The customer service was excellent and my glasses came in very quickly and were available for pick up! Love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for some stylish frames !
