HUGO BOSS Georgetown

Excellent service and the most professional staff I've ever met. The second I walked through the door I was greeted by the staff. They we're polite yet not over-bearing like some stores where they are too hungry for a sale. Before they even talked about suits they asked me about my day and were all in all welcoming even if I wasn't there to buy anything. I told them my needs and they were more than accommodating, not being afraid to take down any number of suits, always helping me with the coat and maintaining perfect manners with a smile the entire time. The clothes were quality and their expertise was apparent with every question the asked and option they presented. I unfortunately had a funeral to attend to, and without even blinking said they could have all of my items tailored over night for me. Hugo Boss will definitely be top of my list for my next suit. Thanks again for everything guys.

This is more of a PSA than anything. I bought a winter coat, last month, from this location. Great service, in fact, the front buttons all broke and the manager, Andrew, personally picked up the jacket and had it fixed. Where the 3 star rating lies though is that I went to the Hugo Boss and Saks Off 5th at Clarksburg Premium Outlets, last weekend, and the same coat was at both stores for 1/3-1/2 the price. The Georgetown HB's rebuttal was that these were made from last year's fabrics, I'm not sure I totally bought that (I provided pictures and SKUs). Needless to say, that was the end of the conversation. Moral of the story, take the ride to the outlets first, you may get the best bang for your buck there.

Been a customer at this store for 4 years. Each experience surpasses the exceptional in every possible way! The salespersons are experienced, collaborative when helping customers, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely decent.

Fantastic attention to detail in selecting and altering the suit we bought for our son. Suit and 3 shirts were altered, and they fit great. Our sales person, Abrahim, was awesome!
