Rent the Runway Georgetown

Service is absolutely terrible. No one talks to you, no one offers to help you, and when you finally find someone who is willing to get up and assist, they are pretty unpleasant. Small selection and some of the dresses I tried on were even damaged.

Nice location and beautiful building located in the heart of Georgetown. Bigger than the (now closed) Las Vegas store with lots of clothes and accessories. I had a dress sent here and pick up was convenient and quick. The store clerks were helpful and the dressing rooms were large.

Easy check in and out. Staff was super helpful! I also really like this layout compared to the NYC store where I live. Just love Rent the Runway! Obsessed.

I didn’t have a problem with their customer service, everyone I met was great and very helpful. Only issue, I returned some items and while I was walking around, an employee was hanging clothes up on the rack, turns out she was hanging up the exact shirt I’d just returned & it was the only one in the store. Went back to check the bin I put my returned clothes in & the shirt was gone! Seems like they don’t actually dry clean the clothes once returned, actually pretty gross.

Phone going to a voicemail that says they are closed, even though the store is open for two more hours. Have received some rude service in person in the past, but some workers are helpful. It's hit and miss whether you will find any good styles in your size in store and mailing takes a long time for the unlimited. Considering cancelling.
