Steve Madden

During our stay in Dc of course I had to stop by the famous Georgetown shopping district, entered Steve Madden and was greeted by Diana Caceres. So nice, so sincere, ended up buying 3 pairs cause of her. Thank you so much Diana for all your help! Next time I’m in town - I’ll make sure to stop by again!

Horrible experience. I have an issue with one pair of shoes and recieved a very bad customer service (and i still have an issue with the shoes). I will never come back in this store!

They have an amazing sale going on for the spring BOGO50! This was my first time walking into the Steve Madden of Georgetown. I was attended with amazing customer service even though there were several customers in the store. I would highly recommend seeing Diana Caceres (hope I spelled it right?) to help you find what you're looking for! She was VERY friendly, attentive and professional. I bought 5 pairs of shoes!! Her recommendations were perfect for the the type of shoes I was looking for, and the sale was unbeatable! I will definitely be returning to buy more shoes and see her again!

Diana Caceras was simply amazing, she provided excellent customer service and it did not matter to her, how many shoes we tried on - until we found the right ones .With a new job in hand, I was in desperate need of some professional dress shoes. Most times I associate Steve Madden with just women's shoes, but was blown away by the variety of shoes they had and the prices.
