Paul Mazhari sold me an engagement ring after hours of discussion and two visits. I didn’t even make an appointment to come in, he just helped! He was fantastic, and gave me a great discount. I made sure to come back for the wedding rings and had the same excellent experience. I can not recommend Boone and Sons, and especially Paul enough.

Took in my broken necklace to fix the clasp, turns out it wasn't authentic gold and was told I could purchase a craft store clasp and bring it in for attachment. Debbie and Sara helped me fix it free of charge!

They are not good at repairing watches, they wreck my watch. I sent back to manufacture and they said had no clue what they where doing and did more damage to watch.
