What an amazing experience. When you go for a visit or test drive as for Kameron, she is the best. She knows 100% of the information and she knows and showcases all of the cool features of the vehicle. This was truly an enjoyable experience, thanks Kameron. - this post is for Tesla, not sure way it is coming up under David Yurman

David Yurman sold me a ring for my engagement, and told me that of I had any problems, I could return the ring for a different size or full refund. We never wore the ring because it was the wrong size, and when we came back, we were told there was nothing they could do for us because it was damaged and couldn't be resold.
Furthermore, because it was not an engagement ring (even though I specifically, explicitly bought it for an engagement), they don't honor the cleaning and maintenance policies they offer other "engagement" rings. Perhaps this exception only applies to products they sell to same sex couples.
All in, they made what should have been a happy experience miserable, and they turned us off from buying the ring for the other partner here, as well as from recommending it to others. If you're looking for a ring for your partner, I highly recommend you go elsewhere if you want to be treated fairly.

David Yurman is a 5 star experience. The location is upscale. The jewelry is amazing. The customer service is beyond awesome. The best part about David Yurman is the sales reps anticipate your needs on many occasions. Recently, I called the location to inquire about an item, the item was not in stock. The representative stated it could be ordered. I was not sure if I was going to purchase the item so I declined ordering it. However, a few days later, I decided to visit the store to order the item in person. Not only was the item there, it was being held for me. This store is located in a mall with plenty of free parking.

Horrible service. I was rushing to reach the store after work with the intent to buy a piece that day, and store had closed 10 minutes earlier. When I tried to knock or ask to speak to someone and tell them I intended to buy if I was quickly helped, the two ladies working sneered at me through the glass and mouthed, "We can't help you." Well, guess I can't help them with a $2k sale!" C'est la vie.
