Sharp, knowledgeable, and awesome customer service! The rep there named Jeremy hooked me up quickly and answered all my questions. I will be back again soon. I’m fickle when it comes to service and this place was wonderful. They earned all 5 stars and I would ask for the sales rep named Jeremy there too.

Convenient location with fast and very courteous service. They can help beyond watch batteries. They refurbished a watch that was several years old to look new again, and I pleased to learn they could even restring my pearls!

Fast and efficient! Took my watch to three jewelers and they couldn’t fix it, but fast fix took care of it in less than 30 minutes. Totally worth it and highly recommend!
