I'm a long-time resident of the area and an avid bicyclist and this is now my go-to bicycle shop. I recently needed a replacement part and I phoned them, walked to their shop on High St, picked up the part, and was back on my bike that day. This is NOT the shop it was five years ago. We were getting an old Schwinn tuned up and put back in service. The turnaround on the tune up was a day. They explained what service the bike needed. They seem to run a very professional and courteous operation. I was very impressed!
