I really like going to that bicycle shop they treat you with respect you're well mannered people and they're nice to talk to

This has been my only place to repair my bike! Since the first time the guys are so friendly, helpful and their customers service is awesome. This is the only place I really would like that they ask for tips because they really deserve it due their service is exceptional!! Not like almost all the establishments where they ask tips for nothing!!

Franklinton Cycle Works is a non profit organization dedicated to providing affordable bicycles to the community. These guys are super nice and eager to assist. They are very knowledgeable and very passionate about what they do. The shop is very tidy and organized.

These folks are awesome! I had 2 bikes that each had a crank set that would not come loose so I took it to the shop. The folks there put each bike on a bike stand and helped me take both crank set cups loose. You can do the work yourself or have the work performed by a tech for a very reasonable price. This is a great place to work on your bike in a pleasant environment with knowledgeable, helpful people.

I have been on the hunt for a used bicycle for some time. Spent weeks scouring craigslist and Facebook BST. Read about Franklinton Cycle Works— looked up on Facebook and traded messages about what I was looking for. Very friendly banter and an invitation to come check out their selection of bikes. Stopped by the shop today and honestly had the best customer service experience that I have had in a very long time. Cole, my bike technician was courteous, helpful, friendly and well-versed in the world of bikes. He let me take a spin on a few and made sure I was 100% satisfied when I left.....with a bike! Seriously, you have to stop by here. Awesome selection of bikes, GREAT prices and the friendliest folks in the central Ohio bike business. Thanks again Cole and everyone at the Franklinton Cycle Works. My family will definitely be back!

Really cool vibe here. I'm really happy with the used Schwinn Traveler I bought. Im looking forward to the city opening back up so I can volunteer with them and contribute to the efforts they're making in the community. I'd definitely recommend this shop!

Awesome experience! I recently took an old bike here for some extensive repair and the staff fixed it up for about half the price I was quoted at a different bike shop- highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service on a tight budget.
