I was treated at this clinic for 8 yrs all together .the previous owner had the facility working well.Bhg took over and brought in new staff and started running the facility different in every way which would be fine if it had been for the better !I will say no names but the person all the way at the top the program director is and was so unprofessional!! if you could only imagine a person being in treatment secessfully for 8 yrs and one person be so heartless and self observed to worry so much about a prior balance to make me lose a job 3 times over ! No compassion was given when I addressed I had to start a new job bc of losing one bc they didn't open their door until 6:30 am 1.5 hours late a few weeks ago and he proceeded to act like it was my fault .I would never recommend this clinic to any person whom which really cares about their treatment bc my 8 years if sobriety got me nowhere with bhg. Itried every route imaginable to work things out to receive my earned take outs since I lost my job due to them not opening their door for over an hour late so I said to send my paperwork to crossroads and they did not transfer my paperwork they discharged me and therefore I had to start at crossroads the very next day on a 30 mg dose in which I was taking 100 for 8 yrs I remind you successfully.I have been in withdrawal and this was such an inconsiderate move and the program director was 💯 responsible for playing this trick on me ! Your supposed to help people and this is how you do people ??you treated me like you were a drug dealer I owed money to and u we're supposed to transfer my paperwork NOT DISCHARGE IT! Unprofessional! Never would I send the worst addict for free here! Brent Brady should have never sold this clinic.I never before seen people turned away for a dollar at a clinic but beware they will not only turn you away you will not get counseled! I didn't have a counselor for almost a year and I thought I was paying for counseling too! Isn't that guidelines to be in a clinic? I thought so ! I ended up having 4 stomach surgeries while on treatment and never relapsed and BHG has severely risked my sobriety.the only thing right about this place is the way they can take money so fast at the window . Everything else needs to be looked into! Throughout the 8 yrs of treatment I guess dosed and went to quite a few other clinics and have never been treated this way ! We are people that made mistakes just like you! We just admit ours when we come to treatment.Also why in the hell would we pay y'all to treat us when y'all cannot even keep your staff up to par on what their job description is.staff is so babbled... they yell out I quote"I'm leaving this mutha FKR" unquote! Honey if your staff isn't Happy you absolutely have no business running a clinic for addiction! We need care ,kindness,and some darn compassion and y'all are lacking all! Good riddance! I was just recently discharged and am very sick bc of the discharge and not transfer of clinic even after I signed my transfer paperwork so beware!!!! I am a very reliable client and many years of sobriety but would die of withdrawal before I gave these people a dime ! If I could have gave a -5 * that's what I RATE BHG OF SPARTANBURG ps.I think puff daddy said it the best when he said " can't Nobody take my pride ,Can't nobody hold me down...Oh NO I GOT TO Keep ON MOVING:

Very stressful not sure.if they even care but they to CARE AS BOUT THE MONEY
