I see that staff read the reviews posted and cannot deal with the opinions posted ,,,,,, a word of advice to staff ,,,look at the way you treat people daily , report to work on time ,,, and think of every patient as you would a family member and your review rating Might. Increase. Also on a personal note ,,, this is a first in the upstate ,,,, Being denied service due to my and others truthful observations of the service you all provide..... Please go to your mat manual and review page 123 it may assist you in how to provide service and dealing with patients more productively My call to you all today tought me a valuable lesson ...... Mat is not a productive tool in addiction treatment at least in the Greenville area ...

Worse clinic I've ever seen !!!!! 1 Black nurse is the problem,"Barbara", she must hate her job,and is on some sort of power trip.why work at a treatment center if your going to turn people down every chance you get??? I mean if you can't stay five minutes to wait on someone who only has 15 minutes to get there because you go in at 5:00am and work 10 hours a day,and don't have 6 hours to get there,( unlike half of the people that don't even work) 😡😡😡😡even at times thanks it's funny??( let me clarify...when I came a few years back they were open in the afternoon and that worked out great for me. Then they just stopped the afternoon hours, thankfully there were a couple of nurses more than happy to stay a few min past 11:00 ,11:20 if needed so me and a couple more could run over on our lunch break.Then one day with tears in her eyes the nurse said she and another good nurse were being let go, by now she's crying, not because of losing her job, because she was worried about how l would dose at lunch now. Not to worry the remaining nurse,guess who, said 11:05 not a second later (been turned away countless times after I done ran red lights cut though parking lots etc. on a MOPED trying to make it by 11:05 my work will only let me leave 10min. early for lunch). Just feel like the entire STAFF should want to help people.In my situation I'm being punished constantly because l have more than a full time job and METRO change THEIR hours.Everyone employed there should be a team player, But the counselors out there are different story, they get a 5-star especially mine, Jewel who seems to really care.🙂🙂

I wrote a really bad comment when I first started metro , and I guess it was bc I really didn't give any a chance..... Because now I love the nurses for the most part. Me and my councelor dont communicate much , but something he said letvme know he really does care. Ive just got my own demons that I have to battle with i hope he understands. Thanks! This place saved my life. The counclers Dominic is a great councler and shes a sweetheart. I love her to pieces and my new councler Wayne he is great. He is very helpful in many ways. This is the only clinic for me. The nurses Barbara Tiffany and Jessica are sweet caring and funny, they make my day every morning. If you are doing the right thing and staying clean and get your dose right this will work for you. You also have to talk to your councler not just dose and run. It is very helpful. Thats what your paying for☺ hello several months later just wanted to say i have a new councler and her name is Faith, no more wayne! Faith is Great! I love her but Dominic is my girl! She makes this place what it is! She also is the ONLY person that does help me. Dominic has a place in my heart and even my family's. If i have something i really need to discuss Mrs Dominic is my girl,, i love her to pieces! I enjoy just talking with her, shes very uplifting and Christian and so bubbly and just being her makes me smile!😆
