Called because I saw the 5 star rating to get some information about the facility. Before I could get 4 words in the lady said " all I need to know is if you have insurance" in a very cold disrespectful tone. My suggestion is if you are the first voice someone hears when they are calling to get help or get help for a loved one you should probably sound like you care a little bit more!

I Love Renewal it is a wonderful program the staff is great and very caring. Anybody that is having a hard time with addiction Renewal is the place to go. They helped me mentally, spiritually, emotionally. I would rate this as the best place to go. Godbless
