Crossroads Treatment Center

Every employee of Crossroads that I have come across has been friendly, helpful, and seems to genuinly care about the patients. I have heard horrible things about "Latrice" who was the director before I started - She is no longer employed there! I see people complaining about the pharmacies not keeping methadone and what not. That has nothing to do with Crossroads. They can't help what the pharmacies do or don't do. From what I've heard, Metro is all about the money. I did go to guest dose at RECOVERY CONCEPTS in Easley and would NOT recommend my worst enemy to go there! Recovery concepts is nothing but money motivated. They most definetely do not care if you get help for your addiction or not. To guest dose one day (we had just moved 5 minutes down the road and were going to guest dose that day to get info on transferring) they were going to charge myself and my husband $80. That is ridiculous. The lady was rude and did not show any ounce of care or compassion for us when we told her the situation. We walked out the door that day and went right back to Crossroads which is now a 30-45 minute drive, sometimes more if traffic is bad. I make that drive every single morning happily to deal with the people I know actually care! In my opinion, if you truly want to get clean, the staff at Crossroads sees that and they will do everything that they can do without violating any laws to help you! Methadone treatment is $1 a day for your first 30 days if you have never had treatment and $13 a day after that. It stops my withdrawals and cravings. I feel like myself again! If you need the help, this is the place to go.

I love the staff here they are very friendly not sure why all these other people dont like it but I haven't met one mean person that works here if you go for the right reason to get off drugs I dont see where you would have any problems I do think they should offer the free sunday take home if u pay for a week at a time other than that it gets 5 stars from me and my husband

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT. I tried to work with these people and they treated my fiance horribly. The head nurse CASSIE is a liar, do not believe anything she says!!! She lied to my fiance and had her dumped her medication in a toilet and still punished her for nothing when her test was clean. Lester is just as bad. Go to recovery concepts in easley, the best place around and they save u money by the week and month.

I have attended Croosroads Treatment since 2012. It has changed a lot. I do believe that its a great place. Let me say this, if you are niave enough to take benzo's then yes your dosage will be lowered by 10 mg a day until there's a clean test. When that test comes in, you are able to go back up to your previous dosage, aprox 10 mg every other day until you have a neg. If that is the only reason people dont like this place, then thats pretty shaky. I have known 2 people to OD from Methadone and Xanax combo. Its very dangerous to take the 2 together and its their liability if they dont lower your dosage. If you dont have a script for Xanax then really be prepared to lose your dosage. If you DO haave a script of Xanax then the legal max dosage if 80 mg. They did what they had to. This is a response to another comment. BTW, I had to do a financial detox and went down 10 mg every other day for 2 months and didnt feel any different until i hit 30 mg. Then I hated life. I have found another place thats 275.00 a month in Spartanburg.
