I have called this place over a dozen times, visited the place in person and waited for an hour and sent home but reassured I would receive a phone call no later than 5:30pm that same day. I still have yet to hear back just to schedule an appointment...

I love Dr.Bahnassi! Very professional,caring,listens!👍👍👍 Staff are attentive and if I call they call back same day!

Dr B is nice and very flexible. My appointments always go very smooth.

Went in to be accessed for antidepressants I needed. Saw Mike Pizza. Guy did not inspire confidence. Lacked people skills. Must have been in there no more than 15 minutes. Felt like I was at JFK or LAX airport with the frequency of patients that were landing for appointments. The office looked very dingy and disorganized. The guy basically read a script on the computer. Didn't make eye contact. Its one of those places where they probably milk your insurance for followup appointments every 4 weeks. A pharmadoc practice. I would not go back.

What is with never answering your phone at any time, any day or any extension?! And yeah some progress, today someone puts me on hold without saying a word for half an hour. This is great because you are the only people with real jobs and I wish to spare my time with rude, inconsiderate staff.
