awful, place. they care only about money. couldnt care less if they cancel ur script cuz u missed an appt cuz of a blizzard. horrible place.

This was years ago. A total lack of compassion. Griswold's best, is to get you in and get you out. They charge for 45 minutes, but 8 is all you get. This is the normal turnaround thanks to insurance companies. I showed up for my appointment on time. I was to see Dr. Benazi(sorry pal) you blew me off along with staff. I was taken to the office of Griswold's administrator and told they will no longer see me due to history. I was offered continuation of meds for 30 days. Why don't you throw me into the street, but ask me to stay for supper?

Huge problem with Dr Luis Velasquez. Prescription with wrong dates for six months has been an inconvenience for me and the child I care for who depends on these two medications. I'm in the process of locating another doctor outside of Baystate griswold Center. They don't even answer the phone for clients.

If there was a minus star I'd check that instead. I am totally fed up with having to go thru this game. You go in for a 15 minute 'talk' with a new person every 6 months because they leave and you're shuffled off to someone else. AND they all do not follow the same game plan set up for you originally. They keep changing your doses without telling you. So you go to the pharmacy for your new prescription and take it as normal then find out it has been changed to half of what you were taking and you're out of luck until you can get a reflll. The thing that gets me is sometimes I have to take a little more than usual and its not taken into account. HEY I am the one who know what I need. You doctor are not god or know me. How can you, you only see me every 4-6 months for 15 minutes tops..Thanks for your squeezing me in to your precious time frame for a very meaningless appointment.
