I'm very disappointed in their treatment of my family member who was a patient there. He wasn't happy with his therapist, because his therapist told him nobody in his family cares about him or supports him, so he let him know he'd like to see someone else. Everything changed after that. They wouldnt return his calls. They didn't make the reminder call for his Dr appt, so he missed it, then they wouldn't schedule another Dr appt because they said he didn't have a therapist. When he asked for another therapist they said nobody here wants to see you. He asked what should he do, he needs his medicine. They told him to go to the emergency room. That's not a kind or compassionate way to treat a person with health issues. You could cause someone to feel hopeless and suicidal.

I hate this place!!! The only reason I stayed this long is because my therapist Sixto is the best there is but the front desk and psychiatrist let me go 2 months with no mesication because i missed an appt. I called re scheduled but they wouldnt refill me til next appt. Now im sick angry all the time just having hard time until i find new doctor. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS UNORGANIZED AND THEIR RUDE
