Came for a large family dinner a few weeks ago and cannot say enough nice things about the staff! We brought more people than planned and they accommodated us without fuss. The waiter was attentive and had a great personality and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant is small and quite loud, which is fine if you are dining with only one person across from you or next to you, but for a big group it was isolating. I had the beef tartare appetizer, which was a large portion and very tasty, followed by the duck entree, which was good, but not amazing. Most of the guests at my table had either steak or mussels and felt too that everything was very good, but not amazing especially for the price. In summary, great service, good food, rather expensive for what you get so I'll give it 4 stars.

Very enjoyable visit, which was initiated by the visiting Belgians. They missed meeting the Belgian chef. The mussels were tasty but some seemed over done (I've been educated that the mussels need to be shaken 2-3 times during cooking to prevent overcooking). The Belgians need additional vegetables and 'mussel sauce' to be more to their liking. The stew was also order and found to be very tasty. Service was prompt and attentive (not too busy during our early dinner). Photo of Rodenbeck mussels w/asparagus.

Solid brunch. Food quality is always great. Lunch/dinner service feels a little overpriced and the menu isn't for everyone. Overall great restaurant. Ordered Thanksgiving meal from Belga Cafe two years in a row. Great deal for feeding a group of 4+ people.

We were happy enough with the food. The service was really really slow. It seemed that the waiter was doing his best but could really have used some help.

Went here to FINALLY try the food and it was fresh, delicious and well made. My husband LOVED the lambsburger. It was great, could have been thicker and more goat cheese, but still a very good burger. There was so much involved with this burger, but everything made everything sing! The drink I ordered was a little light, but tasted well. It was slow but the service was delightful. We will definitely be back to try brunch! Went for brunch on a Saturday. It was tough picking one thing, there were so many wonderful options. I had the bananencake waffle. Could have used more bacon, i didn't really need the chocolate, but it was still delicious. My spouse had the braised short ribs and he really enjoyed his meal. We both had their take on a peach bellini, we will both never order that again.
