This is that rare spot that looks and feels like a hole-in-the-wall but has top-tier food. My wife and I came here for dinner before catching a show at the Atlas Performing Arts Center. The place was a bit tricky to find, but it was exactly what we were after: great food, well-groomed beer selection, and good atmosphere.
The steak was perfectly prepared, the crab cakes were meaty, and the portions were generous. I didn't try the mussels, but I wish I had. I recommend making reservations if you want to sit at a table; most of the space is reserved for the downstairs and upstairs bars, both of which were filling up by 6:30pm.

It's a little claustrophobic inside. Don't let that turn you away. The food is better than the internal structure would have you think.
The beer selection is very good.
If you like mussels-- this is where you wanna be. If you don't like mussels-- well, as stated above-- the beer selection is very good. I'm not saying the other food is bad (the wings were above par)-- but the mussels are what's worth talking about.

My husband and I tried this place at a friend's recommendation. We really liked the wings appetizer, as well as our beers. We thought the mussels were okay, but not as good as some other places we've been. We ordered the frites, and while they were good, they were not served with the sauces that we ordered (and they were supposed to come with). My mussels were supposed to have sausage in the sauce and there was none in the entire pot. Our waiter tried to point out the sausage to me, putting his finger close to my food (pointing out mushrooms not sausage) and poured beer all over my foot. Overall, we did not enjoy the experience and will stick with our favorite places for mussels.

I enjoyed a brunch with scrambled eggs, avocado and cheese with fritos on an English muffin. This was really tasty although I felt the fritos were a bit greasy. A selection of German beers were available, but I enjoyed a cider.

Friendly, knowable service. Food was definitely above average considering they label it pub food, although the frites are too salty. Interesting beer selection. But it’s too pricey. We had two entrees and two beers and paid $75 incl tax&tip.
