I am only rating one star because the staff was nice and polite. Other than that, this place wants your money and most of them do not seem educated to be working in such an establishment. My bridesmaid dress ended up being 4 sizes too big on me even after asking if the original would fit after being told "this is what the designer recommends". I did not even get to try on my bridesmaid dress when i went to my fitting which was weird to me. They only took my measurements. The questions I had were hardly answered or was told "I dont know". Really?! After going to someone who has been dress altering for many, MANY years in the Twin Cities she told me I got ripped off and told me that store along with others are her biggest issues with dresses as her clients come to her with dresses from Bella sized completely wrong. She was just as upset as I was about my experience there. I did sign a contract about the dress so there was some stuff I get but was told the designer said it was too late to exchange the dress. Dresses are beautiful, store looks amazing, but filled with people who do NOT know what they are doing. Reviews on their site are perfect of course but keep doing digging and you will find lots of similar complaints. Even the bride for the wedding I am in is pretty upset with all of our dress sizes. Never will recommend.

Service while looking for dresses was great, but once we ordered service was terrible. My dress size recommendation was huge, the zipper didn’t work, and they wouldn’t do anything for me. They didn’t return my calls either.

So happy with my experience! The one-on-one service (both in person and over the phone) was consistently friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Unlike other bridal salons I had visited, my guests and I were able to peruse and choose several dresses on the floor to try on. The variety of styles and designers was amazing! The staff listened to my requests, were professional and discreet during the try-on process, and were always willing to provide styling suggestions regarding a veil, shoes, etc. They also provided recommendations for an incredible seamstress. If I had a question, Bella’s was able to answer it. Scheduling an appointment is easy, with a variety of times available and the ability to do so online or via phone. They also provided exceptional reminders and helpful instructions leading up to every appointment. I was also impressed by their accurate measurements and timely delivery of all items. I loved by experience and would recommend that everyone go to Bella Bridal Boutique!

Third time is the charm! Bella Bridal is the third (and final) boutique I visited to find my wedding dress, and was MORE than thrilled with the service, selection and overall experience of working with this shop. Bella Bridal was great recommending styles that matched what I thought I wanted, and showing me some others that I might not have tried (based on my body type). They were also great with recommendations for accessories and (for me), a way that I could cover my shoulders for a Catholic wedding without hiding the details of my dress. Bella Bridal really does care about each of their brides. I would highly recommend making Bella Bridal your FIRST stop when looking for your wedding dress!

I just had the best customer service experience ever from this bridal shop. The girl that helped me was wonderful and so helpful. I will definitely be back with my bridesmaids for their dresses. Thank you Bella Bridal!
