Our Shop Bridal

Went in to look at brides maids dresses. There was a sign to simply take shoes off and that was that. We did that and looked around the entire store without a single person talking to us (totally fine with that, that's no problem). Then we go and look at one section and someone asks if we checked in. Confused, we reply no, and they said we couldn't look until we had an appointment. We said we didn't know that, but since no one was back there, couldn't we look until someone needed the space? In a huffy way, they said sure. We looked for two seconds before they said 'You need to go, now'. Not nicely or in a courteous way. Treated as if we didn't deserve to be looking. If you have that policy, then have a sign that says you cannot look unless you have an appointment. There will be no confusion between employees and customers then. Will not be making an appointment there. If you can't treat everyone the same way, appointment or not, then I won't bring my business there.

We had a wonderful time and a great experience prom shopping last weekend. The store was so organized and had a great selection. The workers were the best, Anna was so helpful and took her time to help my daughter find the perfect dress. We will for sure be back next year!!

They were very nice, outgoing people bit for a plus size person I didn't like the fact that most dresses were to small. So I had to vision on my head what it would look like.

Couldn't say enough about the amazing experience we had at this adorable shop! The women there genuinely care, and just want you to be happy with whatever you choose! They have a wide variety of bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride dresses, and prom dresses. Both of my sisters got their bridal gowns here, we also got bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dresses. We shopped other places but nothing compares! Love this place!! I will definitely be back :)

Staff was somewhat edgy and confrontational during my visit. Assumed I was wrong for being there since the associate could not find the wedding file. After taking a tone with me she found it and I was able to be fitted for my suit. She was knowledgeable but loses a star for the 'better than thou' attitude.
